TicketYa is an independent assistance service that helps travelers complete the E-Ticket form required by the Dominican Republic. We are not a government entity nor are we affiliated with the Dominican government. The official E-Ticket form is available for free on the government website. Our service charges a fee for the convenience and personalized assistance we provide via WhatsApp.
The individual service costs $1 USD (~60 DOP) per form. The family package costs $3 USD (~180 DOP) and includes up to 6 forms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated before purchase.
The user is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information for the E-Ticket form. TicketYa is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the user. We commit to faithfully transcribing the data provided and verifying the information before submitting the form.
If we are unable to complete your E-Ticket for any reason attributable to our service, we will offer you a full refund. If the E-Ticket is not accepted due to errors in our processing, you will also receive a refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected.
TicketYa is not responsible for changes in Dominican government regulations, processing times of the official E-Ticket system, or technical issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
