We collect only the information necessary to complete your E-Ticket form. This includes: full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, flight information (airline, flight number, dates), accommodation address in the Dominican Republic, and WhatsApp phone number.
Your personal information is used exclusively to complete and submit your E-Ticket form through the official Dominican government system. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
All communication takes place through WhatsApp, which uses end-to-end encryption. Personal data provided is stored temporarily only during E-Ticket processing and is deleted within 72 hours after QR delivery.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, simply message us on WhatsApp. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
